In a unit for Rona Messmore’s Food Nutrition II classes, students not only created dishes for their hypothetical food truck businesses, they designed miniature models of their mobile enterprises too. Food truck ideas included cupcakes, cookies, ice cream sandwiches, tacos, barbeque and stir fry.
