Harry Potter because I like the aspect of trusting your friends.”

—Senior Conner Trunnell

“I was inspired by the Last Dance, the documentary.  I don’t know why.  Michael Jordan?  It’s just the way he wanted to win I guess.  It’s admirable.”

—Senior Efren Rodriguez

Unbroken.  It’s a World War 2 movie, and it taught me that you have to move on.  Also, you gotta find a way to keep surviving.”

—Junior Colin Johnson

“I’m not entirely sure to be honest, but there are movies that I’ve seen that taught me like don’t really judge a book by its cover, but I can’t remember the name of the movie.”

—Senior Max Feist

Dear Evan Hansen. I really like the good lesson of other people having different stories than the main character because it really shows that everyone is different and has different circumstances in their lives.  I liked how there’s more than one main character.  It wasn’t just all about Evan Hansen. I mean, yeah, he messed up, and he had to fix that, but it was also about a popular kid who was not perfect, so it really encompassed other people in it.”

—Junior Sarah Kreck
