Athlete of the Week: Chimzim Ogbondah
Junior Chimzin Ogbondah has been playing soccer since he was five years old. He now plays on the men’s soccer team and plans on leading the team to victory being his last season next year.
What is your biggest accomplishment this season?
My biggest accomplishment this season was being a vocal leader on the field.
What were some of your personal goals?
Some of my personal goals were to not back down from 50/50 challenges and to not get any red cards.
What were some team goals?
It’s kind of funny because in the past we always had team goals, but this year our coach said that we weren’t going to set any goals as a team, and he wanted us to just work for what we want.
Favorite moment?
Best memory was getting left by the bus after the game against East.
